Susan Kim-Kirkland, EVP Managing Director

Susan has worked client-side, as a senior marketer at Kellogg Canada, and agency-side at Leo Burnett and Roche (now Lowe Roche). At the latter agency, Susan was involved with a CBC documentary showcasing the advertising process from strategy to final product, a film still used in schools across Canada. Susan successfully started up what became Grip, before returning to JWT. Susan loves all things entrepreneurial, driving that thinking and spirit at JWT.
