Scott currently leads one of J. Walter Thompson’s largest business, Air Canada. He manages a tremendously talented, cross-functional team and helps cultivate and champion the best ideas for his clients at the breakneck pace of retail yet befitting to their iconic status. He has been instrumental in helping to operationalize new ways of working including rapid build digital production and demand creation capability.
Prior to taking on Air Canada, Scott led JWT Canada’s longest tenured and Canada’s most iconic brand, Tim Hortons for more than seven years. In an agency career that spans over 21 years, Scott has worked with CPG, automotive, tech, financial and retail brands in the US and Canada, including seven years in senior account management with another iconic Canadian retail brand, Bell Canada.
