J Walter Thompson’s Global Creative Challenge (GCC) was created in 2004 as a healthy competition between the network’s offices. It provides an honest gauge of our global creative product. It sets JWT’s creative agenda and is the internal benchmark for each office’s overall performance. It provides a clear view into our culture, execution standards, planning and competency at producing effective communications ideas. Over time, the spirit of the GCC changed and now celebrates a truly collaborative environment and a way to create the most pioneering work possible.
